I truly enjoyed photographing the Vegan food Service’s Vegan Chef competition. It was a privilege to be behind the scenes watching the Chefs compete. Each Chef was noticeably passionate about cooking. It was inspiring watching them create their amazing vegan dishes and the food smelled delicious.

SECOND PLACE: Chef Jacques Wilson: Teriyaki Seitan and Vegan Tempura Scallops. Chef Jacques is Executive Chef at El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, CA
